Bridal Makeup Look

Hello! Today I am going to be doing a post on some bridal makeup. Specifically the makeup I wore at my wedding a few months ago. I was planning on doing a post like this sometime in the near future but in my last post for my Liebster Award, I mentioned that I just got married a few months ago and I had a few comments saying they would like to see the makeup I wore. Thank you ladies for requesting me to do this!!

Surprisingly I did not take a picture of my makeup on my wedding so I don't have any exact picture, so I will be recreating the look I did. For my wedding I wore mostly neutral colors on my face and eyes. I wanted something that wasn't too heavy or dark but still stood out. I wanted an elegant eye look that made my eyes pop, and a nice natural flush of color on my cheeks.

For my Face

Please note that these might not be the exact products I used because some of them are new to my collection, I did however use similar products. I either ran out of the ones I used, or now like these products better and these are what I would be using today.
The Kat Von D foundation is a great full coverage and long lasting foundation. You want a flawless face for your wedding and something that is going to last all day. I always use the Covergirl & Olay simply ageless eye corrector on my dark circles. Normally I use a concealer as well, but since this foundation is so great, I can get away with just using this corrector instead. I set my foundation with my Maybelline Stay Matte Powder.
I put the Elf Golden Bronzer all over my face for a slight bronzy glow. I contoured my face with Benefit's Hoola Bronzer. For my blush I used Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Exposed. This so was perfect for my wedding because it was a nude color that matched everything from my eye look to my dress etc. For my highlight shade on my cheeks I used the Dior Rose Diamond

For my lips I also wanted a more nude look.

I used a pale pink/nude lip liner and this L'Oreal Balm lipstick in the color Nourishing Nude.

Seriously please excuse my frizzy hair in this picture. lol.

For my Eyes

For my eyeshadow I used this palette from Sauce Box called the Creme da la Creme palette. This is one of my favorite all time palettes and it has the perfect neutral shades. These shadows have really great formulation and blend out so easily.

I first primed my eyes with Mac's Paint pot in Bare Study.

1. I used this first shade on the top for my lid color.
2. I used this taupe shade in my crease and blended it out. I also used this on my lower lash line.
3. I used this black shadow in my outter v but I did it very lightly because I didn't want to black to be too much.
4. I used this lighter shade as my brow bone highlight.

These are different eyeliners that I used at the time of my wedding but I used similar products. I do not have these anymore and these products are what I replaced them with. For my liner in the pictures I used the L'Oreal Lineur Intense liquid eyeliner and for my waterline I used the L'Oreal extra intense liquid eye pencil. For my mascara I used the waterproof version of the Revlon Grow Luscious. This isn't my favorite mascara, but I definitely wanted waterproof mascara on my wedding day ;)

I realized that I always forget to mention how I do my eye brows in all of my makeup posts! I always use the Mac retractable eyebrow pencil in the color Brunette and the Nyx eyebrow kit.

Pictures from my Wedding!

I thought I'd include a few wedding pictures in this post as well!

Thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoyed my bridal makeup look! If anyone wanted to see any more bridal makeup ideas with different colors or specific makeup palettes leave comments below and I would be happy to do them!
