Hey Everyone! I have another beauty and makeup haul to share with you today. The things I got are from Sephora and Walmart. I'm really excited about a lot of these things so I couldn't wait to share!
I needed a new eyebrow pencil, concealer, and an eye cream.
The first product is the Nars Pro Prime Light Optimizing Primer. This is a sample size that I used 100 points on my vib card to get. The second one is the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in the color Light 3 Honey. Ok first off, I was a little freaked out because this concealer was $28 and I usually buy drugstore ones. But lately I have noticed that my under eye area has been really, really dark lately. Like darker than normal. And, my concealer has been settling into the fine lines under my eyes as well. So the consultant at Sephora recommend this one to me in a color that is more peachy toned so it will cancel out the dark circles.
The next item I got was this bareMinerals Renew & Hydrate eye cream.
This was a little pricy for me as well at $32. However, this is a lot cheaper than a lot of the high end eye creams that I was looking at. The reason I purchased this was because the consultant at sephora said this is a great eye cream for helping with the dark circles and fine lines under my eyes as well. I'm so excited to try this out and do a review on this product!
Also if any one reading this has an eye cream that they love please let me know which one!
This is the Anastasia Brow Wiz skinny brow pencil. I love this because it is retractable and has a spooly on the end! Ok, I know I've been rambling a lot about the products I bought, but this has been one I've been wanting to try for a while. I have been using the Mac retractable brow pencils but last time I purchased one, I used it once and it kept crumbling on me and then it broke and wouldn't twist up. I was not happy and they wouldn't exchange it for me since I had no receipt. This Anastasia one is $5 more expensive I believe, but I heard it doesn't crumble like the Mac one does.
Two Maybelline Baby Lips and the Hard Candy Glamoflauge concealer.
So you're probably wondering why I purchased two concealers. That is because I got this one first because I heard great things about it. I tried it twice and it seemed okay, but the color was a little dark for me and it didn't cover my dark circles as much as I wanted it to. I will keep trying it though and see how I feel about it after a few more uses.
I'm a sucker for lip products that are minty/menthol. I wanted to try these Dr. Rescue Baby lips because my lips get really dry in the winter. I am obsessed with the pink/berry color and it looks super nice on my lips. The peachy/nude color is okay but not my favorite. These are great because the color doest last a super long time, but they are easy to reapply and keep in your purse.
This completes my haul post! Sorry it was super long and if you read the whole thing, then yay!
Let me know if you have tried any of these products and what you think of them!
