Hello! Someone has a new favorite lipstick!!
Today I'm going to be reviewing a new lipstick in the Maybelline Color Sensational 'The Buffs' collection called Nude Lust.
I found this new collection at wallgreens and they had a good selection of all the shades. These all look like brown based nude colors, ranging from really light to a darker red/mauve. The shade I picked up was on the lighter side of the spectrum. They had a lot of gorgeous colors, but I only picked up one because all the colors I liked were very similar shades.
I like the packaging, and it's a nice light pink color. All of the lipsticks are in the same color tube, which in my opinion is kind of silly because if I had more than one, I wouldn't know which was which. Unless of course you want to look at thr bottom label, but I don't. LOL.
It looks super shiny in this picture because of my camera flash. It looks more matte on the lips when applied.
This is a little bit lighter than my actual lip color. It give kind of that muted out nude look, without being too overly light.
My thoughts on this lipstick-
I actually really like this. The formula is creamy and feels moisturizing on my lips. The color pay off is good. It's not super, super opaque but that's okay with me. They still cover nice and It makes for a good day to day lip color.
This is the first maybelline lipstick I've tried and I'm impressed!
