FOTD Bold Lips + Neutral Eyes | Video

Hello!! I filmed another makeup tutorial for my youtube channel on a look that I was trying out bold lips with neutral eyes! My friend Shireen  encouraged me to try this out! The video is sped up so its not ridiclously long but I'm going to share pictures and the products here on my blog as well!

This lipstick was definitely out of my comfort zone, but the more I wore it the more I liked it!

Face Makeup
Benefit Porefessional, Covergirl Stay Luminous Foundation, Mac Pro Longwear Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, Nars Laguna Bronzer, UD Afterglow blush in Fetish, Nars Albatross

  1. Yes! I knew that shade would look great on you and it really is gorgeous! You look great with a bold lips, Ashley and I hope you'll try more bold lipsticks in the future. I think anything raspberry type of shade would look amazing on you!

ps: I'm jealous that you can switch hands easily while applying mascara! I have to twist my right arm in all sorts of different angles for my left lashes. LOL!

    1. Thank you Shireen, and thank you for getting me to step out of my box lol!! I'll definitely check out some raspberry shades, I think I would like those!! I bet I'm going to go crazy and want a ton of new lip liners and lip sticks now- ut oh!!

And oh girl if only I could use both hands to apply my eye liner as well!! I don't know how or why I do that with my mascara because that's the only thing I use both hands for!

    2. I tried training my left hand for mascara applications but after poking myself in the eye or the mascara wand somehow ended up in my brow, I gave up. LOL!

  2. Ashley, that lip crayon shade looks beautiful on you! I think we all get stuck on certain products or colors that we KNOW will look good on us. So we just go with them to be safe. So awesome Shireen had you shake up your routine. We all need that! We should do some group Beauty Dare Posts! LOL
