September BuddhiBox Review

Happy October! This post and video is going up way later than I had planned. Time escaped me for a few weeks and I don't know what happened! Regardless I wanted to post this even though it's October.

I said in my last post I wasn't sure if I was going to keep my subscription. Silly me forgot to cancel and I recieved another box. But I was really happy with this one so its okay, and I might continue to keep it.

If you don't know what BuddhiBox is, it's a monthly subscription service made to enhance your yoga lifestyle on and off the mat. Even though there isn't much 'yoga' things in here, it pertains to a healthy lifestyle, which I think goes hand in hand with yoga.

Here's the recipe, yoga pose, and quote for this month. There's also a one month membership to an online yoga class, and a sticker for the charity this month. I talk more about the charity in my video, if you are interested in what it is!

Here's what came in my box this month.

-2 reusable snack pouches from the brand  Love Reusable ($12). These are dishwasher safe and eco friendly.
-No Sweat Laundry Detergent ($6). This was created to removed bacteria from your clothing do to sweat and remove stains as well.
-Co Pur Hair and Body Butter ($22). Made from natural ingredients and smells super nice.
-Rickaroons- Vegan Macaroon ($3).  100% organic, soy-free, gluten-free and paleo-friendly. These one have a few ingredients in them and it was super yummy.
-Ease Up Headache Treatment Oil Blend Rollerball ($14). Made from essential oils that include lavender, peppermint, sweet almond oil, and basil. Also smells super nice!
-Ground Table 2 Spice Blend Packet ($2). This is organic, non gmo, salt and sugar free. This goes with the recipe card for this month.
The 1 month gift card to Yoga Anytime is $18.

The total value for this box was $77.

If you want to see more of my thoughts of this box check out my video below!

  2. I agree that this box's value and products are much better than the last, I too would be really happy with it. The downside for me is the price $30 per box is quite steep for me but then again I am a tight arse. :-P

Btw, I adore your makeup in this video, Ashley. It's more vampy and the red lips makes your teeth look so white. You look sexy and I'm not trying to be perverted here. LOL!

ps: I finally noticed how your eyes look grey in this video! And yes, they look blue in the pictures! Strange! My husband's eyes are like that in real life, certain light it looks grey and other times they are blue, used to freak the crap out of me. Haha!

    1. Haha thank you Shireen!!! I thought the video made my lip color a little more orange than red, so I was bothered by it! Thank you for making me feel better!! And that's so weird about the eye thing! I really need to fix my lighting situation!

And I agree this box was way better than last! I also think the $30 is too much, but at least I canceled my ipsy bag, so that can cover some of the cost!

    2. Oh hell no, you cancelled ipsy?! Did you post somewhere about it or in a video? I don't recall that at all and I swear I read and watch your video intently...unless little tyke was screaming in my ears wanting to join me watching your videos. Haha! I am really tempted to cancel myself but I don't know what other subscription to try because Canada has the worse beauty subscriptions and I don't want to pay high shipping fees. :-(

    3. LOL no I didn't mention it in th video! I actually wasn't planning on canceling but I had to get a new bank card and I didn't update my information on ipsy, so I was just like oh well, since I was thinking about it anyways!

    1. I find it to be soothing, but it doesn't get rid of my headaches! So it helps a little but only for a short while. I actually prefer just peppermint oil

  5. I really like the concept of this subscription box. I would love those reusable pouches. Also, let us know if you like the laundry detergent. I've only tried one sport wash for my workout clothes, and it was just okay.
