Does anyone else get really happy when they are reading a good book? I'm a huge bookworm, so to me finding a good book is like a little slice of heaven. Especially when it's really good and all you want to do is read, and read, and not put the book down.
I'm only 100 pages in, but I'm so excited to see this story progress, and I do not want to put it down. And sometimes when I hear Historical Fiction, I automatically assume it will be boring but this book is definitely not!
So this week, reading this book is my little thing that is making me happy.
I'm planning on making a video on all of the books I read in 2016 next week. Making book related videos is always something that I've wanted to do on YouTube (even before I wanted to film makeup ones!). I might also do monthly recap videos of what I read for the month. I'm not sure if you guys would be interested in those videos or not but if you are, they will be up on my channel in the near future!

DeleteI miss reading, I honestly do but I just don't have much time for it. The only book I have been reading is Face Paint by Lisa Eldridge and frankly, I didn't think I would like it as much as I do. It's very educational and she takes her readers throughout the years on how makeup has evolved. Didn't think a book on beauty would interest me at all but I was wrong.

I didn't have as much time to read in the past two years as I use to, and I really missed it too. I'll have to check out that book you mentioned! I haven't read anything like that before, I'm glad you're enjoying it Shireen!

DeleteIt looks like a really good book. You always know when you're reading a well written book because the story just flows! It's so easy to read and you don't have to struggle. Definitely make a video!

I totally agree Kim! I hate it when I have to force myself to read or finish a book. It makes it less enjoyable! And I'll definitely make some videos on books!

DeleteI enjoy reading a good book! I still haven't finished the book I'm on, don't have as much time as I used to nowadays. I don't think I've ever read a Historical Fiction book, will keep this in mind next time I'm looking for a good one!

ReplyDeleteI hope you'll read this one Margo! It's so so good!! Have you read The Tea Rose before??? It's such a good historical fiction book!! It's my favorite book of all time and it's part of a trilogy. It's also partly set in London, which would probably love!!!
