October BuddhiBox

Hello! Today I'm sharing what came in my BuddhiBox for October. If you don't know what BuddhiBox is, it's a monthly subscription service that helps to enhance your yoga lifestyle on and off the mat. They do include a card with a yoga pose every month, and sometimes there is yoga/fitness items but mostly the items are more so to help with healthy and mindful life style. 

I will be sharing what came in my box this month but if you want to see more of my thoughts on each item, check out my video at the end of this post!

This months theme and charity were based off of Breat Cancer Awareness month for October. The charity this month is Circuelle Foundation which focuses on educating on breast cancer awareness and educating young women on the importance of self breast examination. 

Here are the cards for this month. The quote is When you seek love with all your heart, you shall find its echoes in the Universe. There's a card for Circuelle Foundation, a 10% off for Jiva Clothinf, the yoga pose which is Heart Chakra (extended puppy pose), and a recipe for tofu fried rice. 

People Towels towel set with Eco sack ($11)- these are reusable towels made from organic fair trade cotton. The purpose to to not use wasteful paper towels when your out and about. They are fast drying and travel friendly. Also Good to bring during your workout to dry up and sweat on your body. 

Optimal Health Thieves Blend Oil Spray ($10)- a blend of cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, rosemary, and lemon. Thieves kills 99% of airborne bacteria. Good to use on the bottom of your feet or in a diffuser. 

Breast Ritual Creme (bonus item)- donated by Circuelle Foundation. Made from organic green tea, vitamins D & E, a primrose oils blended with essential oils for a calming aromatherapy. Helps with finding any lumps or masses easier. 

Chakra Healing Bag from Energy Muse ($25)- these crystals include smoky Quartz, carnelian, citrine, aventurine, sodalite, amethyst, and Quartz crystal. These are used to help balance and cleanse your seven chakras. 

Intention Candle- In Light + Love Candle ($12)- made with all natural soy wax and essential oils. It's scented with vanilla, coconut, magnolia, and lavender. There's a space on the side you can right a positive message in. 

Sweat Wicking Headband from Jiva Clothing ($10)- the fabric of this was designed to absorb sweat on your head while working out to prevent the sweat from running into your eyes while doing yoga or working out. 

The totally value for this box was $60 plus the bonus item!

Overall I'm super happy with this months box. I'm so happy and excited about all the items and this has to be my favorite out of the 3 boxes I've recieved so far! If you want to hear more of my thoughts on the items then check out my video!

Buddhi Box Review + Video | August

Hello!!! Today's post will be a little different for normal. I'm going to be reviewing a subscription box called Buddhi Box!

What is Buddhi Box? It's la subscription service to enhance your yoga lifestyle. I'm calling all yoga lovers to check our thngs subscription service! I film a video for this too but I'm going to put some more info in this post on these boxes. I was trying to film an unboxing video for this since it was my first time getting this subscription service but it didn't go as planned and I was really frustrated LOL!

I have been watching other months vidoe s on these boxes for a while before I decided to get my own. This was my first box so I was super excited.

BUDDHIBOX YOGA LIFESTYLE

BuddhiBox delivers mindful living products that enhance your yoga practice on and off the mat. Following the principles of yoga, we are committed to offering product that is ethically sourced, cruelty-free, and created with intention.

This subscription service is $30 monthly or you can do packages for 3 months, 6, months, a year, etc. for cheapers. Since it was my first time I just decided to try out one month since I do think it's quite expensive. You will get 4-6 items in your box, and I beleive they have monlthy sampled box that has 2-3 times for $12.

They offer organic, vegan friendly, and cruelty free products which I think is great!

What came in my box
Each month you get a yoga pose card, a recipe, and a quote card that has all he items, their value, and information on them on the back. 

Marley Coffee $10- this is organic and vegan friendly and the top says espresso, which I prefer to make instead of black coffees because I like lattes ;) The recipe card that came with this box is for an iced offer drink using this coffee!
Chopra Center Sandalwood Incense $10- these are also vegan friendly and cutely free. 
Jesse & Co Lotus Necklace $25- A cute and dainty lotus flower necklace, which is so me. 
Wellsmith Shea Butter Tin $6- this lotion is vegan and cruelty free. Also it's hand made in Michigan which is awesome to me since I'm from there! It smells amazing. 
My Mat My Mantra Magnet $8- this magnet is super cute. 

One of the cards also included some meditation music downloads that are valued at $7. Over all the value of this box was $59, not including the music downloads, and $66 including them. I forgot to mention this in my video review!
