Hello! I wanted to share my most recent Mac lipstick purchase with you guys! I had some items for the back to Mac program so I was super excited to get a new lipstick. Mac is definitely my favorite brand for lipstick and I can't get enough of them.
The shade I picked up is called Faux. It's a really pretty mauve nude pink color. All of my Mac lipsticks are so similar in color LOL, but really all I wear is nude or slightly pink colors.
Here is a swatch. This is a Satin finish. It's really creamy and pigmented. I wouldn't say it's as creamy as the Lustre formula, but this one is still nice. I think the satin finishes have better staying power as well.
I'm so in love with this lipstick! I think this color would compliment any eye and cheek color so that makes it the perfect shade. It's also one that I think would look good on any skin tone. This is one that I definitely recommend if you love nude, pink, or mauve shades!
