FOTD | Simple and Neutral

Hi! It's been forever and a day since I've posted a makeup look. And that is because I can't stop using my semi sweet chocolate bar palette. I use the damn thing everyday, but today I decided I need to use some of my makeup that I've been neglecting. This also included some foundation and cheek products that I haven't used in a long time!!

This is also the makeup I was wearing in my latest youtube video that I shared in my last post! 

Face Makeup
Estée Lauder double wear foundation, Mac Pro Longwear Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer, Kat Von D Blush in Wish, Mac Soft and Gentle Highlighter

Lips 
Mac Pure Zen lipstick over top of Nyx lip liner in Pale Pink

Eye Makeup
I decided to bust out my Mac palette becuse I haven't used it in forever.
I first primed my eyes with Mac Painterly Paint Pot. 

1. I used Mac soft brown in my crease and blended it up to my brow bone as a transition shade. 
2. I used Mac satin taupe in my crese and lower lash line. 
3. I used Mac all that glitters all over my lid and in my inner corners. 
I finished off the look with L'Oreal lineur intense liquid liner. Urban Decay shadow stick in Rehab on my waterline, and Benefit Roller Lash for my mascara!

    I agree with Maria, your eyeliner is spot on and no, I won't even show you mine because it's like a toddler scribbling on my lids. I know what you mean by neglecting certain makeup, I'm guilty of that too so these days I force myself to put aside certain makeup to use for the whole week and then change it again for next week. This way I get to use everything and it won't go to waste.

      Thank you Shireen!! And keep practicing on the liner- I've had my fair share of messes I've made on my face with it lol!!!
      And that's a good idea! I should do that because I just have too much stuff I don't use lol!!

    Love the makeup look Ashley! That Pure Zen lipstick is the perfect lipstick to go with this FOTD! I also like the colors in your MAC Eyeshadow Palette!

    I know what you mean when you said there's makeup that you've been neglecting. I am the same too, been neglecting some of the makeup I have in my collection, btw I really want to try the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, have heard great reviews on it... Ohh and I have the The Balm bronzer and the MAC highlighter and I love it, its my go-to products. :)
    I love your eye makeup, the eye shadows & liner...so perfect. I wish mine will turn out as perfect as yours... I really need more practice, lol!

      Thank you Renny!! Practice really does make perfect when it comes to makeup!! And the estee Lauder Foundation is a really great one!! Definitely try it out if you can!

    Giiiirl, you eyeliner! LOVE it! I wish I had the skills to do a nice wing...but I just don't. And it doesn't help that I have a heavy fold in my eyelids. Boo! LOL!
    I seem to neglect makeup a lot too, especially when I buy something new. Hahaha!

      Thank you Lily! It took me a long time to perfect my winged liner! Keep practicing! And I totallg agree that I neglect my makeup even more when I get something new lol!!

    I love the makeup! Those MAC shadows you used are my favorites. We all seem to agree that your liner is amazing! I neglect my makeup too. Maybe I should get a rotation going. lol
