Urban Decay Naked Smokey Review

Hello! I'm finally getting around to doing a review for the Urban Decay Naked Smokey Palette. This was in the favorites video from July so you all already know I love this palette.

When I first heard about this palette I was excited because it's different from all the other naked palettes. I don't own anything like this one. Ive heard a few people say they don't do smokey looks often so they were unsure about this, but honesty there's such a veriety of colors that you can easily do some nuetral looks too!

This is $54, and even though it's some what annoying how UD keeps upping their prices on these plattes, it's still worth every penny.

Here's the the palette and pictures taken with and without the flash.

Here's swatched of the first half. These shimmery shades are beyond gorgoues. I can't get over how pretty they are. The color high (first on left) is my favorite for this palette. These are super pigmented, and these alone are worth buying the palette for in my opinion.

Here's swatched of the second half. All of these are matte except for the purple sahde smolder and the black one black market. The shimmer in them is very faint though. I love the matte shades, but I find them a little harder to blend than other UD matte shadows.

I love all the colors in this palette. They are all cool toned and a nice change from the warm tones I usually wear.

Eye Looks
This one is my favorite and the one I keep doing when I use this palette. It's super simple only using three shades.

This ones also very simple using only 3 shades.

This one is the most smokey look that I've done with using a darker color on the  lid.

My overall thoughts
-As I've already mentioned, I love this palette. I think anyone who is a fan of UD would like this. Out of all the Naked palettes, this is my second favorite one next to the original. I like it much more than the naked 2 and 3.
-Also like I said before, you can easily do neutral looks with this (see my first and second eye look) so if you aren't into smokey eyes, this can still be something you'd like.
-The colors a buttery and pigmented just like all of UDs shadows, but some of the mattes are harder to blend than others (this could be because of my super dirty crease brush though LOL).
-The packaging is really nice. It's a magnetic closure, so it's different than the naked 2 and 3 packaging.
-The brush that comes with this is amazing quality as well.

What are your thoughts on the Naked Smokey Palette? Is this one you'll add to your collection?
