Hello! Today I'm sharing what came in my BuddhiBox for October. If you don't know what BuddhiBox is, it's a monthly subscription service that helps to enhance your yoga lifestyle on and off the mat. They do include a card with a yoga pose every month, and sometimes there is yoga/fitness items but mostly the items are more so to help with healthy and mindful life style.

  5. I like the sounds of the Breast Ritual Creme and I think every woman should have something like that. Let me tell you a funny story..I had to go for a full medical checkup for one of my job so the doctor was checking my breasts for lumps and she suddenly said, hmmm...I feel something here, you might have a lump. My first thought was 'ohh, f*ck...' and she continued checking again and casually said, 'oh, never mind..it's just your ribs'. WTF?! That was the scariest 2 minutes of my life and I wanted to clobber her on the head! How can you mistaken ribs and lumps FFS?! LOL!
