Becca Moonstone Highlighter

Hello! I know I promised a haul next from my Sephora VIB sale purchases, but unfortunately when I went to film it, my camera decided to let me know my memory card was full. It's the only one I have and I don't know how to empty it (sadly, I'm not very tech savvy). So I promise next week the haul will be up and I did film a makeup tutorial using some of the items, but I wanted to post the haul video first!

In the meantime, I'm going to share one of the items I picked up during the sale, which is the Becca Highlighter in Moonstone. I wanted the haul up before I started doing reviews as well, but this is such a gorgeous highlight that I wanted to share anyways! ( and my lazy ass still hasn't had any plans for posts, but considering I had some videos planned that didn't work out I can use that as an excuse??)

These run for about $38, which is why I waited for the VIB sale to purchase one. With the discount from the sale, I paid around the standard amount for cheek products at Sephora/Ulta. I think $38 is a little pricey but this highlight is worth every single penny.

These highlights promise that they are a creamy powder that absorbs and reflects lights for the ultimate natural glow.

Moonstone is described as a pale golden color, which is my favorite color for highlights.

I hear a lot of rave about the shade opal and of course the champagne pop byJaclyn Hill, but I don't see a lot of talk about Moonstone. I can see why the other two are raved about, but I think Moonstone is over looked by the two. It's such a beautiful shade, and gives the perfect glow. And who doesn't want a highlight named Moonstone??

The texture is buttery- not as much as Mary Lou Manizer by the balm, but it's more creamy that my Mac soft and gentle and Nars albatross.

It does give a gorgeous natural glow, and it's a nice highlight that's not too glittery or over the top.

I'm definitely happy I purchased this one and I can't recommend it enough!! I did consider champagne pop instead, but I've wanted moonstone since before that one came out and I think I have more highlights similar to that one already!

Have you tried Becca Highlights? Which ones are your favorite?
