Holiday Makeup Look

Hello! Today I'm sharing a holiday makeup look! I chose to do a smoky eye that is perfect for all of your holiday parties. It's been forever since I've shared makeup looks here on my blog, because I usually save those for tutorials on my YouTube channel. I probably should have filmed this but I'm lazy I thought it was be a nice change up since I haven't posted one on my blog in a while.

I shared my current everyday makeup a few weeks ago with products that I've literally been using for the past two-three months with little change up. I tried to switch it up for this look and use some products that have seriously been negleticed for what feels like years (not really, but you know).

For my Face
Too Faced Hangover Rx Primer, Makeup Forever Mat Velvet+ Foundation, Maybelline Better Skin Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, Essence Make Me Brow, Nyx Micro Brow Pencil, Stila Stay All Day Bronzer, Nars Sin, Becca Moonstone

For my Eyes
Primer- Mac Painterly Paint Pot
Eyeshadow- Naked Smoky
How I got this Look-
1. Combust as my transition shade
2. Whisky in and above the crease blended out
3. Password directly in the crease
4. Armor in the inner and outer half of the lid
5. High in the very center of the lid
6. Smolder along my lower lash line
Then I used Colourpop Alchemy in my inner corners
Liners- Maybelline Line Stiletto and Nyx liner in Deep Purple
Mascara- Maybelline Lash Sensational

I forgot to photograph the lipstick, but I used Nars Shrinagar.

What is your favorite and go to holiday look? Let me know in the comments!

Holiday Makeup Looks | Collab with Pilar!

Hi!
I'm super excited about today's post because I'm doing another collab with Pilar from Beauty and More by Pilar ! We both put together 2 different holiday makeup looks to share. We decided to both do a classic red lip with gold eyes for one look, and for the second one we created our own!

Don't forget to check out Pilar's blog as well to see the looks she created. She's one of my very good friends, and we've been planning Collabs together all through the month. We have one more coming up next week too!

Classic Red And Gold

For my face
Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation, Mac Pro Longwear Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, The Blam Bahama Mama Bronzer, Nars Almeria Blush, Becca Highlight in Moonstone.

Lips
Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick in Divine Wine

Eyes

I used wander and dreamer from the Tartelette palette as my transition and crease shade, and on my lower lash line. I used a cream gold metallic shadow
from Australis Metallix, and Maybelline Color Tattoo Pigment in Barely Brazen over top. For my eyeliner I used Loreal Lineur intense liquid liner and JCats pencil in bronze. For my mascara I used Covergirl Super Sizer.

Plum Smokey Eye

This was the makeup look I wore in my November favorites video using the Chi Chi palette that I mentioned!

For my face
Benefit Porefessinal Primer, Kat Von D Lock it Tattoo Foundation, Mac Pro Longwear Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer, UD Afterglow Blush in Fetish, Stila Highlight from the holiday collection.

Eyes
I primed my eyes with Mac painterly paint pot. For my shadows I used the Chi Chi Elegant Palette.

I used 1 all over as a transition shade. I used 2 and 4 in the crease and lower lash line. I used 3 on my lid, and 5 over top in the very center. Last I used 6 in the inner corners.
For my liners I used Loreal Lineur Intesne and Stila smudge proof black liner. For my mascara I used Covergirl Super Sizer.

Lips
For my lips I just used a nude gloss from Covergirl called melted toffee caramel. This doesn't have much color but looks like a nice glossy light pink. I wasn't sure what lip color to wear with this smokey eye because it's very cool toned and all of my lipsticks are mostly warm toned and didn't look right.

I hope you all enjoyed this collab me and Pilar put together! Don't forget to check out her blog for her holiday looks as well!

What is your go to holiday makeup look?
