Everyday Makeup Routine

It's been a while since I've share a makeup look here on my blog! I thought I'd share my simple and go to, everyday makeup look that I've been wearing lately. I usually opt for lighter eyemakeup during the week (if I actually do my makeup), and save a full eye look for weekends or if I have go somewhere important.

PRODUCTS I USED

BASE + FACE MAKEUP

I rarely ever use a face primer anymore unless I do my makeup earlier in the day and want it to last, or if I have somewhere special to go so that is why no primer is pictured. For foundation I've been using my Covergirl Healthy Elixir Foundation. For concealer and setting power I use Mac Pro Longwear and Rimmel Stay Matte, these are my two holy grails. My go to bronzer has been the Stila Stay all Day Bronzer, I use it to warm up my face and a light contour. For blush I've been reaching into my Morphe 9N blush palette for this look I used the peachy shade in the very center (middle shade, second row). Since this blush has some shimmer, I skipped a highlight.

BROWS

The only brow products I ever use is Nyx Micro brow pencil and Essence Gimme brow gel. They are just the best brow products.

EYES

I always prime with Mac Painterly paint pot, even if I don't wear shadow. It conceals any darkness or discoloration on my lids. For shadow I honestly just take my blending brush and dip it into my Bronzer, blend it into my crease and under my lash line. Then I've been using L'Oréal Amber Rush shadow all over my lid. It's light, pretty, and gives a little color and shimmer without being too much. I tight line with L'Oréal Silkissime liner so my lashes look fuller, and finish up with L'Oréal Lash Paradise mascara (missed my review? Check it out here!)

FINISHED LOOK

I forgot to add my lipstick in the photo above, so here it is with the makeup look photos. I absolutely love this mini Tarteist lip paint in Birthday Suit that came with the Sephora birthday gift. It's literally the best color of life, and the most comfortable liquid lipstick I've ever worn. I want need the full size.

So there's my everyday makeup look and routine! I probably should have filmed this for my YouTube channel but *shrugs*.

My Everyday Makeup Products

I have a lot of different products in my makeup routine that gets switched up every time I do my makeup. i'm talking foundations, concealer, contour, highlight, blush, shadows, etc. But I also have a some specific products that stay the exact same, and are ones I use every time that I do my makeup. I call these my 'everyday products',  because I very rarely stray from them, but I use them in addition to everything else in my routine that gets switched up.

-Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. This has been my go to setting powder for years.

-Nars Laguna. I use this to bronze up my face everyday. I don't like to use it for contouring anymore, but its a beautiful bronzer to warm up your face.

-Mac Painterly Paint Pot. This is the best eyeshadow primer that I've ever used.

-Essence Make Me Brow and Nyx Micro Brow. My two must have brow products.

-Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara. This has been my go to mascara lately. It's probably in the top 3 of my favorite mascaras ever.

-UD 24/7 Liner in Smokeout. This has been a staple in my routine for my waterline.

-Maybelline Line Stiletto Liquid Liner. One of my all time favorite liquid liners, and the first liquid liner that I ever loved.

Everyday Makeup Video!

Hello hello! I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! I was super busy so that is why I haven't posted since Friday! You'll see a lot of what I did in my upcoming May Lifestyle post, and in my Document Your Life video for May as well! But if you follow me on Instagram, then you might have already saw some pictures!

For today's post I have a makeup video to share! This is on my everyday makeup routine, and all the products that I've been using everyday.

This was my first time filming myself doing my makeup and I think it turned out pretty well. I'm still figuring out how to place my camera and I don't know how to zoom in while doing eye makeup yet. I speeded up the video up so its not 20 minutes long LO, soo I'm going to share pictures as well in case the video is too fast to see some of tre products I used. Enjoy!

Current Everyday Makeup Routine!

Hi :). Today I'm going to share my current everyday go to makeup look. I'm usually running late in the morning so I like to do simple eye looks that I can throw together really fast. I keep my more fun and dramatic looks for the weekends when I have more time to spend on my makeup. I'm going to show you the makeup products that I've been using on my face and eyes almost everyday lately! 

Face

I switch my foundation up a lot, but I have been using my Covergirl outlast 3 in 1 more than my others. For primer I've been trying out the Smashbox photo ready. My everyday concealer and setting powder are the Mac Pro Longwear and the Rimmel Stay Matte. 

I switch up my bronzer a lot too but for this post I used the Benefit Hoola. I have been using Nars orgasm almost everyday   for my blush, and Mac soft and gentle for my highlighter. 

Eyes

Of course I always use my Mac paint pot in bare study to prime my eyes. 

I've been obsessed with my Naked 3 palette. Particularly these 4 shades shown above. Use strange all over my lid and brow bone. I use nooner in my crease and blend it out with limit. Then I use factory in my outter v and lower lash line.

I like these shades because even though it's different from the usual neutral eye look, these colors blend out so easily that  this look is super simple and fast, and it looks like you took a lot more time on it than you did! 

I use these two L'Oreal liners (lineur intense liquid liner and extra intense liquid eye pencil) every single day, and for my mascara I have been using the L'Oreal Telescopic.
