My Current Everyday Eye Look | UD Naked Palette

Hello hello!!

I mentioned in my January Favorites post that I've been using the Urban Decay Naked Palette for my go to everyday eye look. I'm not going to lie, 95% of the time I do super neutral and easy looks unless I'm going some where special or doing makeup for my blog. I get stuck on one or two looks and do it everyday for months until I get bored and then I'll switch to a new palette lol. For the past few months I've been using the Naked palette and today I'm going to share what look I do with it almost everyday!

I showed this picture in a post I did on the lip combo I'm wearing. It's the same look I just couldn't get a good full face picture today. Don't judge ;)

How to get the eye look

1 & 2- I use Naked as my transition shade and blend it all over up to my brow bone, then I use Buck in my crease.
3- I use Smog in the outter corner and into my crease a little.
4- I use Sin all over my lid
5- I use Darkhorse along my lower lash line and blend it out with Buck

For eyeliner I use the Loreal lineur intense liquid liner and Urban Decay shadow stick in Rehab on my waterline. Maybelline Lash Sensational for my mascara! Sometime I switch it up and use a black liner in my waterline!

This look is super simple and easy. It seriously only takes me less than 5 minutes to do!

Everyday Eye Look using UD Naked Palette

It's been forever since I posted a makeup look! I don't know what is wrong with me lol! Anyways, I have been reaching for my Urban Decay Naked Palette almost everyday for the past few weeks and creating an eye look that is simple, natural, and great for everyday.

How I got this look-

-I first primed my eyes with Mac Painterly Paint Pot.
-I used naked and buck all over as a transition shade, but focusing buck more in the crease.
-I mixed smog and darkhorse and placed them directly in my crease and blended.
-I mixed sin and sidecar for my lid color.
-I used hustle on my power lash line.

-I used L'Oreal lineur intense liquid liner and extra intense liquid eye pencil for my eyeliners.
-I finished the look off by using L'Oreal miss manga mascara (review coming soon!).

I hope you all enjoyed this simple everyday eye look!

Makeup Product of the Week: Urban Decay Naked Palette

Hey everyone! I'm trying out a new type of post today. So basically I'm going to try to feature a makeup product every week on my blog that I'm trying to use more. I have a lot of makeup items that I don't give enough love to! Some of them are items that I love, and some that are just okay but I still need to use up. So every week I'm going to pick a new prodcut from my collection and try to use it more and share it here on my blog.

For my first week I picked the Urban Decay Naked Palette. This is one of my all time favorite palettes. This was my first big makeup purchase I ever made so this will probably always be a favorite. I've used the heck out of this, but the problem is since all the other naked palettes came out (and really just all the other palettes I have I general) I just don't use this nearly enough as I should and it makes me sad.
So my goal for this week is to use this palette a lot because it's gorgeous and you can do so much with it!

*Also next week when I pick a different prodcut, I will update you guys on this weeks post and if I used this as much as I wanted to, ect!*

Let me know in the comments below if you guys are interested in this kind of post and if I should continue to do them!

Makeup for Wearing Glasses

Hey Everyone! Today's post is going to be on Makeup for wearing glasses. When I wear my glasses, I usually opt for a more neutral and lighter eye look. I think a more natural eye look looks better and more appropriate than brighter, bold, and dark colors. Since you can't really see much makeup behind your glasses, save the fun or bright colors for your cheeks and lips!!

What I used:

For this look I used the Urban Decay Naked palette. This is one of my all time favorite eyeshadow palettes. To prime my eyes I used the Too-faced shadow insurance and Nyx jumbo pencil in cashmere as my eyeshadow base.

I used Half Baked all over my lid. I used Buck in my crease and blended it out with Smog. I used both Buck and Smog on my lower lash line. I didn't want to draw too much attention to my under eye area since the glasses magnify my eyes, so I did not use an eyeliner on my waterline like I usually do. For my top eyeliner I used L'Oreal carbon black lineur intense liquid eyeliner. For my mascara I used Revlon Lash Potion. I chose this mascara because this one doesn't make my lashes as long as some of my other mascaras do so it's perfect for wearing my glasses.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and thank you for reading!!
