Today I'm sharing my current makeup routine. This is how I've been doing my makeup for the past month or so, when I've actually been wearing makeup. Since I'm home all day most days, I don't wear any makeup anymore and I just let my skin breathe. I usually only do my makeup once a week, sometimes twice, so these products I'm using in the video have been staples in my collection recently.

It's time for another monthly favorites video. I didn't have too much to share this month, and a few of the things I reviewed recently. I also shared some skin care favorites that I've been loving too!
I keep raving about the Sea of Ghosts eyeshadow by Strobr Cosmetics. I think this might just be my favorite eyeshadow that I've ever owned! It's such a stunning and unique color, and today you get to see it in action because I have a makeup tutorial!

Lily from Beauty with Lily and I did a $20 makeup swap! But it's not just any makeup swap! We picked out finishes makeup products for eachother (cheeks, eyes, lips, etc.) and opened up our packages on camera, so we could finish our makeup with them! It was so much fun and we've been planning this for a month or so now! I've been so excited, and it was so much fun to open my package from Lily on camera for the first time and complete my makeup look with them!

Hello! I'm glad you all enjoyed my review for the Naked Smokey Palette! Today I have a video doing a tutorial using this palette on one of the eye looks I shared in the review. Please keep in mind that this is my first tutorial on eye makeup and its in no way perfect LOL. I had a hard time figuring how to zoom in on my eyes, focusing my camera, etc. This is the second time I filmed this because the first time I kept putting my head down and my eyes weren't in the camera frame or I would move and be off center. Anyways I tried really hard while filming this to stay in camera and not tilt my head weird!
This photo is from a FOTD post that I did a while ago, and its the first set of eye make up I showed in my review. This has been my favorite look I've done with this palette so far, so its what I recreated today in the video!

Hello!! I filmed another makeup tutorial for my youtube channel on a look that I was trying out bold lips with neutral eyes! My friend Shireen encouraged me to try this out! The video is sped up so its not ridiclously long but I'm going to share pictures and the products here on my blog as well!
This lipstick was definitely out of my comfort zone, but the more I wore it the more I liked it!

I totally planed to do a 5 on friday and a skin care sunday post the past few days but time escaped me once again! I hopefully with do both of those this week!
Today I filmed my 2nd YouTube video for todays post! I did a collective haul video that is mostly clothing from Forever21 and Target. I don't do many clothing or fashion type posts here on my blog, but I thought it would make for a good video. I also included my most recent Mac lipstick purchase, a book, and some Alexi and Ani things my husband gifted to me.

I have a surprise for you guys today!! I made a YouTube video talking about my monthly beauty favorites for April!! Please keep in mind that I haven't made a YouTube video in years and I was extremely nervous while filming this. I also talk fast and ramble when I'm nervous. I'm still trying to figure out good places to film, how to set up my camera and lighting, how to edit videos, etc! I hope you guys enjoy watching it!

I picked a few things that I have been using a lot this month. The Semi Sweet palette you have all seen me talk about tons of times but I seriously use it everyday!
Also, I don't know much about videos and uploading and stuff so many one of you guys can help me out. When I record and process the video on my computer its all in HD but when I upload to youtube, it won't let me watch it in HD. This happened with the document your life video I just made as well. All of my other ones never did this and I can't figure it out. Anyone know why?
